What is your suggestion on introducing my grandchildren ages 6 to 12 to this sport.
We live in Brecksville and this would be an introduction for the adults as well.
Thanks

Hello!

The Brecksville event would be a great opportunity – we’ll have both white and yellow (beginner courses) available, and we’d be happy to instruct you on the basics.

Please tell me if this event on this day April 10th in Brecksville is just an Orienteering event or is this some other event? I am just interested in the orienteering – learning to read compass/map. Thanks

Hello!

We always welcome beginners, and are able to give instruction at most events. The next Orienteering for Beginner’s event is this Sunday, April 17. Join us there for more in depth instruction, covering map and compass skills.
