Update for 10-hour Competitors
As a result of a challenge to the decision to remove misplaced Control 73 from the competition, additional investigation and discussion has been undertaken by event leadership. The conclusion was reached that this decision was incorrect, and so Control 73 has been put back into the competition. Those competitors who punched Control 73 will have 70 points added to their scores and the total score for a cleared course will be 2,740 points.
Further, if any of the other 10-hour competitors can provide evidence that they spent time searching in the area where Control 73 was intended to be placed, credit will be given if a review of the evidence deems that a punch would have been probable if the control had been in the correct position. Any such claims can be submitted to mike@neooc.com.

Notes:
- There were a total of 2,740 points across 68 punchable controls on the 10-hour course, and 730 points across 25 punchable controls on the 3-hour course.
- Congratulations to Cattywampus of NEOOC and TanZ Navigation of BROC for clearing the 10-hour course.
- Congratulations to Francis Faurdeau of OOC and Douglas Ritzert of NEOOC for clearing the 3-hour course.
- The 30-minute time penalty assessed to Cattywampus in the 10-hour results was due to having an incomplete team (2 of 3 starters) at the finish.
- Control 73 was a problem for many of the 10-hour competitors. On review, it was confirmed that it was misplaced and so was removed from the competition. After a challenge and further review, it was reinstated. Sorry for the inconvenience.
- Controls 16 (40 pts), 17 (30 pts) and 20 (50 pts) were the mystery controls.
