- Event format will be Classic Orienteering –
The challenge of this format is to collect the most points possible within the 90 minute time window, by visiting the controls that you choose. Stay out as long as you want, but there are severe penalties for each minute that you are late getting back to the finish. - Place: Quail Hollow Stark County Park, near Hartville, OH
- Dates and Times: Saturday, September 16, 2023 – Check-in will be at the Carriage House near the main house (follow the signage near the parking lots).
Check-ins starting at 10:30am. Maps distributed at 11:40 am. Mass start at noon. Course will close at 1:30pm. - There will be no water stops on the course, so runners should bring their own water supplies.
- SportIdent ePunch equipment and FULL SIZE control flags will be in use
- Livelox will be active for this event. Sign in to the Livelox app on your smartphone to record your route directly to Livelox, or record it on your Garmin or other GPS tracker, and upload it to Livelox later.

- $10 per Start* for Members of NEOOC or O-USA affiliated clubs
- $15 per Start* for non-Members
- Walk-up Starts on Saturday, September 16th, subject to map availability
- $20 per Start* (Member or non-Member)
* A Start is an individual or group navigating the course together. One map is included per paid start. Additional maps, up to two, are $3 each.
You can also renew your NEOOC membership (or join) on the preregistration form. After submitting your information on the registration form, you will be directed to the PayPal website. A small offset is added to compensate for PayPal fees.
