Details
- Date: Saturday, August 24th
- Orienteering 101 times:
- Walk-up Registration only for OFB starting at 9:45am
- $15 for group (packet)
- Beginning at 10:00am, 30 minute classroom work
- 1 hour guided map hike to practice map reading
- Then we encourage you to do the White Classic-O course (no cost) for your graduation exam!
- Classic Orienteering
- Normal preregistration below (OFB folks are free!)
- Check-in at 12:00 noon
- Staggered starts beginning at 12:30pm, til 1:30pm
- Courses close at 3:00pm
- Location: Wayside Shelter – see details in section below

Classic-O Registration and Costs
- Preregistrations, closing 9:00pm Thursday, August 22, 2024

- $10 per Start* for Members of NEOOC or O-USA affiliated clubs or First Responders
- $15 per Start* for non-Members

- Walk-up Starts* accepted on Saturday, August 24, 12:30pm to 1:00pm, first come, first served subject to map availability

* A Start is an individual or group (max 6) navigating the course together. One map is included per paid start. Additional maps, up to two, are $3 each.
After submitting your information on the registration form, you will be directed to the PayPal website. A small offset is added to cover PayPal fees.

Six courses will be available:
- White – Beginner
- Yellow – Beginner with some Experience
- Orange – Intermediate
- Brown – Short Advanced
- Green – Middle Advanced
- Red – Long Advanced
